Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
